Try CL, I see them at different yards. Look for 81-91 squares. I bought a set from a local yard for less than $25 -

Yes, if you want the steel structure that everything attaches to I would try a junk yard. I see the 81 - 87 often. The 70's every now and then. I think the 79/80 are still rounded enough to fit the dash pad but I'll let someone else verify. -

From a 700R to a Muncie M21 or M22 or a Borg Warner T-10
The M21 or M22 are more for muscle cars and only have 4 forward. The SM465 was a factory option but an upgrade would be the nv4500 with 5 forward.- RoryH19

Re-popped Bumpers
Looks good. If I replace my k5's bumpers I'll go with a quality repop. Are your bumper guards new or original? -
K10 front wheel center caps?
If you mean the hub ring, then like the others said repop plastic or polish yours. If you mean the 4x4 sticker on the auto locking hub they sell the stickers on LMC, ebay... -

Re-popped Bumpers
I'd like to know this. I'm also thinking about replacing my stock k5 bumpers with AMD ones. I've used their patch panels before. I also have the bumper guards to consider. -

Diesel or 454 radiator cover
Hello all. Looking for the radiator cover/mounts for a 454 or diesel rad. Need one to span the gap from my core support to rad on my LS swap. I think one of these might work. Thanks. -
Pulling Steering Wheel
Autozone is my go to. If you get the "full" kit it has the puller, lock plate remover and puller to remove the side pins by the tilt. That's needed to tighten the 3 bolts if you have a tilt column. If you do have tilt, I would use lock tight on the 3 bolts. They are the reverse torx, e-torx.- RoryH19

Questions about body work
My thoughts exactly. I've had to replace floors, inner/outer rocks, inner fenders, fenders, and quarters before. Not on the same truck and not including any supports. I would find a solid donor from the south. It will probably cost less if you need to have a shop repair and your truck won't have...- RoryH19

C10 body on K10 frame
Right, easy swap just have to deal with the tunnel. Here is a pick of my R10 and K5. The K5 is taller with bolts to remove cover. I believe the 2wd 4 speed mans also have the tall hump if that's the cab you are getting.- RoryH19

I think the po over tightened the pin. It also had a lot of scaring. Definitely a common problem since it was in stock at the local parts store. $4- RoryH19
