As much as I hate to resurrect an old thread did you have to drop the steering gear box to get the intermediate shaft out? I am trying to replace mine because some ******* drilled and bolted it together instead of having the plastic inserts. I don't see enough wiggle room to get it out.
I use the sachs on my 5.3 with the SM 465. I got mine at AutoZone. It has worked fine. Don't know about the TKO though I thought that was a mustang transmission. I thought that was a mustang transmission.

I'm not sure how the wipers work at all. The only way I could see the motor working off of 0.022V is if there are relays inside the motor housing.

Did the cross member bolt to the transfer case or transmission in your applications? If it would work with the sm465 and np208 I would buy one from you.
Good to know. I would say about 50% of the parts I buy for this thing don't fit. It's a gamble of whether I'm getting an 86 k30 part, an 86 k10 part, or a 74 k10 part because the axles. Now I can add in pre 84 k30 parts.
