I’m gonna try! I’m furiously adding up funds to draw from, since I just did the posi and then the inner fenders showed up (of course in preparation for bigger wheels). Hey @bluex i thought I’d post this here in case anyone has the same question- since most of the drop spindles are likely manufactured by the same place, do they have stock track width or are they narrowed? I have heard that CPP branded spindles are narrowed track, but not sure. The question...- ChuckN

Edelbrock 750 cfm or 600 cfm carburetor for 454 stock engine.
If it indeed proves to be a heat issue, Edelbrock makes a carb spacer that has insulating qualities. Edelbrock part number 9266.- ChuckN

I love that color. I had a Taco in that color and it was my favorite thing about the truck. I added gold wheels to it for a desert motif. Perfect color for a square IMHO.- ChuckN

‘Ole Brown sure is looking good, if you ever want to sell those wheels, let me know. About the time I finally thought about buying and had come to grips with the cost, all the wheels with backspacing for a non-narrowed rear end were long gone.- ChuckN

I know you’ve had it apart, but have you gone through and actually rebuilt it with all new gaskets and give it a good cleaning? Absolutely man. I’m not a huge fan of the super low/bagged look, but I did like this one: On the back sheet metal he took the “Heavy Half” logo and turned into “Time ‘N Half”. I thought that was a nice touch. -
