ORD front lift springs caster correction needed?

swapping some super stiff front 4" springs for a set of used ORD 4". Planned on reusing the degree shims that were in there, but the center pin hole is oversized and wont work with the new center pins I bought. (Old pack had a very long head that stuck thru the shims. DO ORD springs come with...

    Rock slider attachments

thanks. I was more concerned about years of wheeling and landing on rocks. Best I can tell, there are no sleeves going thru the boxed area correct? Any issues with crushing the box over time or the holes egging out?

    Rock slider attachments

A lot of the links for rock sliders are dead now. I see DIY and a fw others use the body channel to mount to. Im sure Kurt makes good stuff, but Im curious if anyone has had bad results from mounting to the boxed area over time. Was originally planning on mounting to frame, but then they will...

    deaver 63's

anyone use deaver 63" springs in the back? found a local set for a pickup with a 4" lift. was thinking I would try with some CFM front hangers and stay with an upright shackle. Might be just the ticket for lift, ride and flex. spring rate is really the only question. Guess I need to call...

rustoleum, converter, what? before welding patch panels in?

Im replacing some small sections of flooring that had begun rusting. Its right where the floor steps up and flattens out in front of the back seat. Where the 1/2 bolts are along the floor, that secure the floor to the underside bracing. I have cut out to decent metal, but there is still some...

    lift kit identification?

Ive got the hogback kit for steering reinforcement. Checking the frame around the box looks pretty good. When I convert to crossover Ill weld the plates on. Till then, I may just use the crossmember. I dont mind the work, as it gives me a chance to show the kid what different things do to...

    lift kit identification?

ID be all for throwing the stock 52's up front. getting differing opinions on streetability. My teenager will be driving this, so I dont want it too unstable. Ive got a set of 57" ford springs I was thinking about throwing in the back, unless I can find some 63's for a fair price.
