    While I agree I don't like the idea of using propane, it takes significantly less propane than freon to charge an AC system. It's generally 30-40% of the original R12. So if your system took 3lbs of R12 it would be closer to 1lb of propane.

    If your 6.0 has a return line on the fuel rail it's easy enough to just run a new feed line from the tank and use the original(carburetor) feed line for your return back to the tank. You can use the 87 TBI saddle tanks, they are baffled. I haven't messed with the dual tank stuff so I can't help...

    I used the factory throttle cable on my 86 C20 Suburban with a 454 when I had the Holley Sniper on it. Should be fine for the Terminator as well. (I've since swapped it to a 6.0/4L80E, 454 and Sniper going into my 72 C10.)

    These were for a 1981. The color on my 1986 was a pink wire. But there are multiple pink wires on the on the cluster, pink with a black stripe I believe was 12v to the instrument cluster.

    Found these on another forum. Looks like you're looking for a Tan wire with a White stripe. The harness comes out of the bulkhead connector and runs down the drivers side frame rail with your tail light harness.

    Sorry I haven't gotten a chance to snap a picture. The hose from the breather for the filler that goes to the tank on mine was a 5/8" hose. That should be more than enough fall to achieve a proper fill.

    @chuckler3 I'll try to get some measurements of how high the filler is on the Suburban from the factory, there isn't a ton of fall from the filler to the tank though so you should be fine as long as you have it vented properly.
