700r4 bolts into the same place as a TH 350 and you don't have to shorten the driveshaft. The 700r4 and TH350 or the same length. -

700r4 and th350
I have a 2wd 700r4 that came from an 84 C10 and a 2WD TH350 that came from an earlier C10. Both will have torque converters, both came from a driving vehicles, unknown mileage on both. The 700r4 was rebuilt by AC Delco at one time. Located in Catawba, NC $450 for the 700r4 $350 for the TH350 -

Looking for a good, ready to install 2WD 4l60e that went in a 2002 Silverado with a 5.3. Will trade my 700r4 plus some cash for a good one. Changed my mind on the trans to use in my LS swap. Will travel to surrounding states, I live in Catawba, NC. -

The majority of the stuff we buy nowadays is made in another country. The things we buy for our trucks come another county unless you can find good OEM parts. I bet you have many parts in your truck from China or Taiwan, or from another foreign source, I know I do, so, do we say no to all...- custodian
