    Unless those wheels were speced for your truck chances are the lug nut is pulled into the wheel and why it cracked, Id check the others.

    That depends on what you want to do. Aftermarket alum wheels are thicker than GM wheels and require new longer studs or special lug nuts. If non stock wheels are an option do you want the metric thread that allows use of newer style lug nuts for screw on plastic caps?

    get a video or picture of the injector spray pattern. They do make noise. getting access to live data is essential otherwise you are just throwing parts at it.

    when its easier/cheaper to get one without rust and swap it around as needed. Truck I had floor was gone, as were rockers,cab corners and the firewall was rusting too. My plan was to find a rust free cab and swap it, till I moved to then I just sold the truck with the rusty cab.

    Used 4l80s start around $600, You will need to a TCM or have it converted to full manual valve body..if possible. Shorten rear drive shaft, lengthen front shaft. Possible adpater, possible new tcase if you have a th350/700r4.

    Based on this I would pass and keep my eyes open for the Alum. 113 at a minimum or check the machine shops for vortecs that someone dropped off but never came back for.

    That would depend on how much it will cost to get it right so it will run on pump gas and not damage anything or require a lead additive. I dont remember which seats it needs for leaded.

    Remove the headliner, clean the old stuff off, I have always heard use 3M spray adhesive, material of choice and do it.

    I was thinking the same thing about the purple wire going to the neutral safety switch then starter. The red wire maybe the ignition hot lead going to the alt/power the truck. The batter terminal on the firewall tells me someone had an issue before and removed the factory connections probably...
