    probably harder on tires, lower mpg and you run the risk of any metal in it from the camaros trans going into the trans in the truck.

    what I was getting at was the shared parts between vehicles, specifically the axle tube/bearing size so if they are both 10 or 12 bolt from trucks you maybe able to swap them.

    I replaced mine with a newer valve and it said it was rated to 65 psi also. welcome, I would wire the relay in the same way the 87 did so it only uses 1 relay and switches the power to the desired tank.

    I know for the car 10 bolts you can swap the backing plate mount and backing plate from the newer stuff up to like a 2002 S10/Blazer on to the older 7.5/8.2/.5 not sure about the trucks but sounds like a good day spent in a junkyard.

    sorry just saw this, no I didnt purchase that engine and dont have the truck anymore. Guys on the corvette forums are giving the blue print engines good reviews and they come with a dyno sheet proving what they are making what they say.

    Od ratio on 700 r4 is .7:1 and you need to keep in mind the rpm band of your engine tooling around at 3k rpm wont give you an option to down shift and pass someone with these tbi trucks.

    where and when did you work at that dealership? I worked for a Toyota/BMW dealer in 200 and we never smoke bombed either of those cars to make them smell new... I would like to have a can of that to make my car smell new again. Its alot cheaper than buying a new car.
