I believe the cab marker lights are only required if the vehicle is over 80" wide, which most duallys are.

    Oil Pressure Troubleshooting

I've heard of a lot of people having low oil pressure issues after installing a new fram filter. I don't know how they're still in business. Sent from my Kindle Fire HDX using Tapatalk

    Hey from VA

I would just check the area around where the mount hooks to the frame. These trucks don't have real heavy duty frames and I've seen those plow mounts rip a frame apart if the guy was hard on it. Check inside the framerail behind the steering box for cracks too. If the frame is good, I would...

    Hey from VA

Welcome! Looks like a heck of a deal if it's a fairly new goodwrench motor. I would check the frame over with a fine tooth comb for any cracks since it has that plow frame on it. Sent from my Kindle Fire HDX using Tapatalk

    PVC question

My bad, I assumed it screwed in, but after looking at pictures that doesn't appear to be the case. Looks like it's pressed in.

    PVC question

You really need to have the PVC hooked up properly. If you can't bend it back, I think it's just a standard fitting. You should be able to unscrew it and buy a new one at your local hardware store.

    New guy from the PNW.

There might be a special tool, but I'm pretty sure I just used a flat screwdriver and a hammer. That was 10 years ago though.

    HRPC--Skip White Distributor

I was under the impression that he use to sell ProComp dizzys and in recent years he switched to one made by Top Street Performance which is supposedly better. http://www.hotrodders.com/forum/skip-white-65-000-volt-distributor-revealed-179906.html Be sure to post a picture of the box when you...

    HRPC--Skip White Distributor

I would like to hear from someone that's put 10-20,000 miles on one. Hopefully they don't wear out after a few thousand miles. Other than that, people seem to like them and I'm seriously thinking about buying one. Sent from my Kindle Fire HDX using Tapatalk

    1985 c20 Distributor Issue

First off, welcome to GMSB! As to your question, I'm no master mechanic either by any means. But if you have the money, I would get a new distributor. The bushings can get worn in old ones and cause all sorts of grief. Not to mention that by the time you replace all the internals, you'll be...
