    Largest tires on stock suspension

I ran 33/12.50r15's on my old '86 K10 on the stock rally wheels for a while and they would rub if you were turning and going through a dip or over a curb. Lol. Not too bad, but enough that I took them off.

    Selector Valve Shield

Haha, I doubt I have one as I've never seen one before. But I'll sure look next time I'm up there. Sent from my iPhone 4s using Tapatalk

    Slanted truck bed

I've seen several old trucks with this problem. I always figured it was a tweaked frame or maybe a bad crossmember on the bed. I would check for sagging or broken springs on the drivers side too. Sent from my iPhone 4s using Tapatalk

What have you done to your square lately??

Yea, we've been in a severe thunderstorm warning every night this week and a tornado warning almost every night. Several tornados have touched down, but they stayed away from the towns and only took out a couple farmsteads. I'm glad we're getting some much needed moisture, but I've had enough of...

    Selector Valve Shield

Well I'll be a monkeys uncle. I have 3 parts trucks with dual tanks. I guess I'll have to go see if any of them have it. Sent from my iPhone 4s using Tapatalk

    Door closing by itself

LMC sells the spring by itself. I've been debating on just replacing it or the whole hinge. Sent from my iPhone 4s using Tapatalk

    Door closing by itself

It's probably missing the spring. It's shaped like an S and most of the time they break and fall out. My K10 is the same way, ps door works great but the ds door won't stay open. You can buy just the spring, but I'm not sure how hard it is to install.

That's a common problem. Rockauto has replacement tanks fairly cheap I believe. Sent from my iPhone 4s using Tapatalk

What have you done to your square lately??

It was a pretty simple fix, but it made a world of difference. We've had a couple torrential downpours since then and it hasn't leaked a drop. Sent from my iPhone 4s using Tapatalk

Welcome! Looks like it has some pretty nice options. I'm jealous of the bucket seats and center console.

Stock. I couldn't find an 85-up setup anywhere and didn't want to pay the core charge on a reman one at the parts store. Is the 85-up that much better that it's worth the extra money? Yea, it was in my build thread.

What have you done to your square lately??

Thanks to some advice from Andy, I replaced the seal around the passenger side fresh air vent and stopped my massive water leak. :party36: Also replaced the wiper motor with a reman one. Now I have working wipers AND a working washer pump. Still no high speed though, so I guess I'll have to...

    swb or lwb?

My personal preference is long beds on 4wds and short beds on 2wds. The exception is a short stepside 4wd. A long bed 4wd looks proportioned better to me than a shortbed, is smoother riding, will haul more, and is better on snow and ice if that's even something you'll be driving in.

I did chengny's fix on getting my steering wheel straight. Just a quick turn of the adjusting sleeve. I didn't take a before picture, but it was off about 35-45 degrees clockwise. Muuuuch better! It was awful not being able to see half the gauges. Sent from my iPhone 4s using Tapatalk
