Chassis brace help
There is a SWB that’s a customers at the shop it has a cross member and it has cut outs in three places. Meaning it’s not one solid piece. 74 window crank handles?!
That was my exact comment to the letter. Trim off what you need then bevel the tip and hit the splines real quick with a file. Viola problem solved. Might even be able to just hit the end with a fresh flap wheel.- BigDaddy72

Yep easy does it don’t be in a hurry and like others said heat and patients. They do snap of easy. Sometimes a 3/8 impact turned down heat and just tap it back and forth gently the impact with some finesse will shock it loose. Ya the dual arched 3 hole flat strap looking pieces are still a mystery. :Big Laugh::Big Laugh: I sure appreciate everyone’s help though!!! If you are talking about the rear bumper the ole cc didn’t have a rear bumper. It was a welding truck so it had a massive round tube welded on the very back and a “custom” double ball hitch on it. Super great! that is where I have it is on the rear spring. I had to move the diff 3 3/8” forward because it was a chassis cab originally. Hence all the grade 8 bolts.
