    Just checked and that part number is for later model trucks. Mine is a 74. That’s why I was asking because searching it gets pretty confusing and I pretty sure the older model valves are different. I really appreciate the response regardless.

    does anyone “clearly” know the part number for the switching valve for dual tanks? I’ve see a few variations and want to make sure I order the correct one. 1974 c30 496 (if there is a difference between SBC and BBC) Thanks!

    I’ve got an entire sm465 set up from flywheel to yoke clutch pedal and everything. So if you would like individual pics from anything I can get em to ya. Just keep in mind my stuff is for 2wd but up to the trans case all should be very similar.
