    Check your return springs Check your return springs on your throttle linkage, sometimes they can loose tension overtime due to heat and use, and ensure the linkage at the throttle assembly on the carb is moving freely and not binding.

    Run it, Chalk the wheels, Run at idle in neutral, get your fluid moving, check you fluid while in neutral, do this for about 10-15mins, place in park, engine running in park adjust fluid level, leave running 10-15min in neutral place in park and recheck. Then place in reverse, see if it works...

    Cab lights not working

    Check output voltage at plug with a voltage meter, compare to your battery available voltage. Reads zero on all, ground or power fault possibly corroded wire, reads source battery voltage then bulb.
