    I don't think it's just paint alone that would get you have n trouble but once lights and decals to mimic or even say police is where I would start getting uneasy. Cause yes your right there plenty of paint jobs right out of service and there often complete with push at and spotlight on the side.

    He is talking the metal. Like what color is under the seat under the carpet. Black door can just be aftermarket, they prime them black. I'm not talking about door panel or seat cover color here, those are irrelevant to body color, especially since they may not even be original to the truck.

    Usually those type tires for the ATV are the cheapest thing you can get, very soft tread and will wear fast and usually there a lighter ply and I don't think even if it was in the size you need would be worth it unless you just had to have something NOW and didn't care about the next few years...

    Kind of like if you do something park rangerish to look like one, depending on who sees you it maybe a federal officer since there many federal agencies with park rangers and I would not want to be tied up in a federal court over something like this.

    Clunking noise when starting

    Cause the heat soak...it has time to warm and soak into the solenoid. Heat shows weak electricals. Things expand and connections expand and maybe don't make connections bas well or it just shows the weak electricals. This is usually where weak electronics show themselves, when they get hot.
