I've only listened to that, 5-6....hundred times.
he was running flowmasters too :pp:
Like I said not buying for sound but was curious if it'd make much difference.
I hate to ask this, but could you guys help me figure out specs with stock heads? this was vortec heads. and point out to me if...
I watched a Roadkill EXtra on Motortrend on demand while I had my free trial, and they did a how to build your first engine and so k=now I have a guide to go by, this relates because I heard Steve Dulcich say that most modern oils are not very high with ZDDP anymore so that's good to have one...
$904 for that, not bad but more than I am looking to spend, I don't think I will use vortec heads either, 350 block, and maybe some polishing on the heads, performer carb, performer intake, and 1.6 roller rockers.
I'm going to buy the Whole kit, and do you think that a 1.6 ratio going to boost it too much? ,493 lift on the intake side. I'll probably end up with the first.
What do these cams sound like?
I'd really like to figure out what they sound like with no mufflers. And could someone help me understand what cam is best for what?
Thanks
Emissions........:banghead::biggun::boxed::disgust::doublepuke::Frustrated::Rant::Rant::Rant:.....I hate those stupid things!!!!!! Thankfully they don't require that here.
does anyone truly believe in global warming?
Thanks!!!
I like torque more than HP, easier to achieve where I drive.
I haven't made it to pistons yet.
I'm sure if I paired it with a Edelbrock 1406, and performer intake it would be GOLD!
What's your opinion on PCV, and does really extend your engine life? And more importantly does it Impove you HP?
My opinion, I don't know that's why I'm asking!!!
Sense I have no truck to build up, I was just thinking what would I do to a 350?
Questions are:
With the picture of Cam specs below, woauld a 1.6 ratio rocker up the RPM range (would make it .477 Lift).
Would I benefit from some vortec heads with this cam?
Would this cam be too small for a 388...
