    I just want to verify this is the radiator leaking coolant. I drained coolant and ran a system cleaner. Drained again. Replaced both hoses, radiator cap, and thermostat (195F). Refilled with fresh coolant and ran until no more bubbles, about 30 min. Took a quick 5 min trip and popped the hood...

    There is a chirping or squeaking sound coming from the inside of cab near instrument cluster. Sounds like it corresponds to something rotating, gets faster as wheels turn faster. I think it must be the speedometer cable…anyone experienced something similar? Here’s a link to the video for sound:

    I guess I don’t understand the point of all that, if you want a modern truck why not just buy a new/newer one? I guess it depends on your goals and what you want to use it for. I like the idea or preserving something in time but that’s probably an unpopular mentality.

    Oh right on, what kinda truck do you have?! Well I just went and checked, the pulley part def turns and the front part also turns with some resistance but both def turn, so I guess that’s a good first step. What does something like this cost if I don’t have anything major to replace? Thank you !

    So I repeated the sequence where I press down on gas pedal and release then press down brake and turn key. Starts right up! Thanks again
