    It should plug right in and work because the printed circuit is set up for the fuel gauge location but if it doesn't let me know because I have a tach cluster that I was going to install some day.

    You could get them powdercoated a similar color to the clear coat aluminum. Not sure if there is such a thing but I've never looked.

    I think the fix is to machine the old clear coat off and reapply new clear coat. Just be careful to not machine the lip too small.

    Your suburban probably weighs closer to 4,000-5,000 pounds. The GVW includes the load in or on the truck.

    My C35 came stock with front and rear sway bars. I'm not sure if you could adapt one but the rear end has plates that bolt to the bottom of springs with the U-bolts. This was before I shorted the end links when I lowered it.

    They are the same, the pulse module on the steering column is what controls the delay.
