I’m not sure how they lower 1/2 tons but I guess I just assumed they had the original spring pack with the axle on top. Mine is the original spring pack minus the overload spring.
I do get your point but I was fucking with @82sbshortbed a little and I’m still going to need to see him...
McVeigh Truck Spring in Mio or you could try Michigan Truck Spring in Saginaw. I know McVeigh's makes their own ubolts so you can get whatever you need. You should be able to tell what the stock springs are with the SPID in the glovebox.
I would try inline tube for the brake line. I bought Moog control arms, yours are the same as mine and they are the same right up to the end of the run too. The column should be easy enough to find and there's a column interchange list on the forum somewhere. There's a spring shop near me...
Use a grade 8 bolt. Energy suspension sells different length end links but I don't remember how I got to the page with them. When I lowered my truck my end links had to be substantially shorter.
Looks like you got belltech spindles so you’ll run into the same problem I have. I was hoping they would have sent you a different brand so I could see if the steering arm was lower in relation to the spindle.
It's a square body. Just look up 87 K30 cab and chassis parts, I think most everything is the same.
