Here's a few more pic of getting them roughly in place. They were a lot of work, but no other options really. I bought 4 pieces total,each side has two halfs that bolt together. Inner/outer. Brake pedal goes to floor
Topping off the master cylinder and having someone help to bleed the brakes is a great place to start. Air in the system can cause you're symptoms.- R Carnella

I bought mine new from rock auto about two years ago but it has since disappeared from their website entirely. Looks like eBay, Craigslist or Rebuild the one you have with new components are the only options available.- R Carnella

if your grounds check ok, (simple continuity test with a meter) and your truck has one of these, its probably the problem. I wound up reinstalling my original wiper motor, replaced the delay module and now they work great. all power for the wiper motor goes through this module regardless of what...- R Carnella

Wipers barley working
Not sure what year you have, but i fought the same problem for a long time on my 90 suburban until I finally replaced the wiper delay module that's mounted under the steering column. Fixed the problem completely- R Carnella
