    Thanks, I've only painted small things before. this was the first time painting an entire vehicle. All paint and Body work was done in my two car garage. Learned alot from you tube and forum's like this. lol

    You should at least include what you're working on. year,model, trim level etc... Lot's of changes through the years and trim levels

    I used a three wire temp sensor, basically a duel output. One signal to pcm other for Gauge.

    I also went the hooker manifolds, they fit perfectly and sound really good. I prefer the sound of one large pipe as a posed to duels,so i made a Y pipe that combines the (2) 2.5 pipes to 3" outlet into a magnaflo cat then into a Flowmaster muffler.

    I used hp tuners PC software for my swap,5.3 lm7 P59pcm. It's the only tuning solution I've ever used so i can't compare it to any other's. but i know if i where having your problems i would use a scan tool (in my case HP tuners) and bring up any relevant data pids to see exactly what's going in...
