If you're not in a hurry, browse older motorhomes... late70's and up into 80's. GM used T400s with GVs. You could pick one up complete with a big block for less than a new GV.

    LMC Headliner question

Dremel al the way. Use the little sanding barrel. mAybe the little zip discs to rough it out, but they break at the slightest twist. Even brand new parts like these (when we could get them) needed fitting. I helped with the bodywork on a square with only a few years on it, back in the 80's A...

The blocked rads and heads I've seen were leaky on and off for a long time and very most likely had BarsLeak dumped in more than once. "Hey of a little is good..."

    Stop Leak In Radiator

You did miss something. You're never seen it happen that's what you missed. It's easy to do, seen it a few times. Even blocking head passages. Not necessarily stopping flow through a head but getting in to the nooks and crannies... which restricts cooling.

So Does Everyone HATE This Steering Wheel?

I'm the opposite... off road rally technique were you can just about lock your elbow. I change to flat steering wheels just to get it father away. I can't do anything when the wheel is in my chest. Ken Block mentions this in one of his recent vids. He has a new rally car and a thousand hp...

NOT my hand... yours! No serious I hope you don't loose and parts. A big gash, well that will heal (and leave a mark!) I have several zip disc injuries. One that left a big dark spot on my finger because of the dirt that got in there deep. Did you try running the blade backwards in that...

    Transfer case needed

If you could adapt a 32 spline 205 that would be boss. Strong like bull and you can twin shift it. IMO the twin shift is worth the extra weight and gear noise (music) is relative.... not to mention again but I will... tough company here the 205 is. Availability will be regional.

    Door Panel Refinished

I've heard soda blasting the panels with emphasis on removing the oxidized plastic. It supposedly leaves a nice semi textured mat finish.

I appreciate your position bucker. Longer shackles...? do you mean longer than the .5" longer shacks that the mid 80s K30s started using? Or a common mod for any of our square 4xs.. as we also discovered the geometry likes that little extra trail provided by tipping the diff back a bit. Even...

https://www.gmsquarebody.com/threads/1974-2wd-crew-to-4x4.21778/ In this build he hung a 52s under the front end with a B52 kit. This is what I have been saying all along.. if you want a big lift AND wheel travel then go with a B52 kit. Otherwise if you hang a 4x front end on your 2wd, you're...
