6.2 For A Daily Driver? What Are The Downsides?
I enjoyed my 6.2. 17mpg in a 3/4 ton burb with 3.73s and a th400 was no joke. Pulled a large uhaul with no issues. Just no hp. Could have used an overdrive and a turbo. Pretty sure. I Googled a c60, didn't say if it was a C60. The cabs are more or less the same. One controls the rpm, the other engages the pto. Common setup. If you're interested in selling, contact @nvrenuf . Hes been looking for one. A C60 is not a tractor, think of a big dump truck or grain...- Big Ray

Ok, this is a cab view of a c60 farm truck. Notice the 2 knows under the steering wheel. The red one engages the PTO, the black one is a throttle control to keep the rpms up while engaging the PTO. Does it look like one of these?- Big Ray

Can you clean gauges?
I've use wd 40 on silk screened amp faceplates, no issues. Try it on an old trashed gauge first. I've used a dampened paper towel (water) on a LMC gsuge, started coming right off. -

Add a Tach
Put an 84 tach in my 79 last year. Bought a new printed circuit, tach harness and the blue gauge housing. The 84s tabs were broken off. Used the 84 fuel gauge as well. Works fine, last long time.- Big Ray

We got back last Sat. Hit a surprise cold snap, bit of snow while I was there. Picked up my A833 4 speed in Denver. Loved it out there, the people were great. On the way home the idea for a novel hit me. Given today's social weirdness and all. "Me, My Mom, My Dog, And A Tranny" lol. -
