We were p.m'ing about the drain tube, but couldn't post pictures there. I started this thread to show him what I had. I'm sending it to him for Christmas. It's a turbo drain tube for a 6.2l dizzle. Funny how it's taken on a life of its own! -

Rust Under Molding/Trim--Magnets?
My 79 was immaculate until I got it here in coastal NC in '22. Now It has a hole in it...waaaahhhhhhhh! Think I'll remove the trim and weld up the holes and just paint stripes instead when the time comes.- Big Ray

The front springs on my 79 K5 are slam worn out. The frame to spring distance is 2" shorter than what it should be. 6.7 Cummins Suburban Build
They beat me to it. The 10 bolt is o.k. for a stocker, but with the torque that motor puts out you need to upgrade. If you like to push it hard off road I'd get a stronger driveshaft too.- Big Ray
