Does anyone have a pic to show location? I hope to hook up with the owner tomorrow and I'll update for anyone following along.

    Is This a 74 Dash?

Another thing is the dash under the gauges is blue and the truck is orange/red so I'm thinking some one sectioned in part of the dash with the vin attached. I'm starting to wonder if I need the headaches or not.

    Is This a 74 Dash?

the 74 vin was removed ( has the rivet holes in the B pillar) and the 84 is showing in the dash. Doing texts with the guy and he doesn't really answer questions well. not sure if it's deliberate or he's doesn't really know much. I hope to meet up with him this week. worse case it's worth the sum...

    Is This a 74 Dash?

So I'm looking at what's advertised as a 74 k20 but it has a 84 vin in the dash and I'm just trying to figure out what it is. This pic I would guess is a 74 dash with the wiper on the dash and 100 mph speedo. the stick on the column is directionals only. the truck is a manual but has the gear...

What have you done to your square lately??

Finally got a break in the weather where it wasn't raining and was also warm enough for the epoxy primer. I hope to get some filler on it and epoxy it again before the weather really turns to crap.

What have you done to your square lately??

Not exactly sure on the year, but in the 80's with the square fuel door. The panels have that galvannealed layer over the steel and just the original layer of paint. all in all it came off pretty good.

What have you done to your square lately??

stripped one bedside of paint, ready for a quick DA with 80 and some epoxy primer. Heat gun and razor works pretty sweet for removing the paint, and no dust.

    Water getting in

Thanks Rob, this worked like a charm. The upper and lower corners on the passenger side were blowing some fine looking bubbles. I'll be caulking them in temporarily till I start stripping the cab for paint.

    Rear window clarification

as usual I'm a little confused and could use some clarification on my 85. Is this an original or aftermarket?

    Rear window clarification

Did they use the same style in 85? I thought that's what I had in mine but it's not even close. I do know yours looks just like the one I had in a 78 dodge years ago.

Got that SR, I was referring to the bottom edge where it meets the metal.

    This can't be normal!

I was out in the pouring rain trying to figure out where the cab was leaking water, I think its the windshield. Then I notice water splashing out of the door (no door panel), so I look out side and see this. The vent window seal is tucked in behind the window opening. I guess I'll be redoing...

Which part folds over, the corner? Mine doesn't but there's enough material to maybe make it work. Edit; or are you talking about the very bottom flange/ lip? thanks
