    u r right abought the pv if its blown or the gasket is torn every holley iv had runs rich, i go into the ifr and lower it and make sure the trans slots are no more than around 0.30 thou

    also also set your air fuel mixture screws to around 1.5 turns out , when adj them screw in and back out to get the highest rpm then go to the other side and do the same thing

    first off did u check and adj your float level, as said abouve u need to do this first off, on your acc pump look and see if gas comes out of the squirters as soon as u give it gas , look and see if your idle air bleeds are not pluged up run a fine piece of wire down them,from the looks of the...

    if u call a cam company the first thing they are going to ask u what heads are u running they match the cam to the heads how mutch according to what your heads flow.

    sure sounds like a vac leak to me check your base plate gasket were it mount to intake check your throttle linkage make sure its not binding up

    move your vac adv to full manifold vac and try and put your acc pump rod in the top hole for a quicker pump shot , timing is very important on sbc they like around 34 to 36 degrees of total timing

    do yourself a favor and get calibration kit from edelbrock sounds like uneed to play with the metering rods and springs
