    On my replacement doors I have the end of the door conduit still attached, it was cut away from the cab at some point so I have that end to compare to my new conduits. Any advice on how to decide where to drill hole in cab ? Use 3 dimples as reference?

    I was dealing with the exact same problem, these Indiana winters.....I found a donor truck that was out of the south and have been pillaging it for parts.     Weld or Panel Adhesive?

    I had a leak around rubber grommet for wires going thru firewall. That someone did not get it seated in all the way. Also some surface rust around fuse block....dunno how that seals......

    inquiring how others did the repair after the spot weld cut out phase. I have it welded up and grinding it down , self etching primer?, then a windshield mastic or possibly a brushable seamsealer? I thought about POR-15?
