You’re better off in the long run using an lines. Plus fuel injection hose is $8/foot. You still may need a little of the hose to connect at the sending unit and fuel rail (or at least I did).- Elliot W

Sorry here is the link for mounts https://www.ebay.com/itm/284974365592 Maybe the kit headers I use stay away from the frame than the stock ones. I've seen some people notch the frame there but I wouldn't recommend that. I had to use a new throttle wire as well to be long enough for the LS...- Elliot W

Dude thats rough! I got my headers on ebay https://www.ebay.com/itm/313394910904 Looks like they are out of stock but you may be able to find a similar seller. I wouldn't recommend mating the engine trans with the bolts. Are you sure the clutch is clearing the bellhousing? Maybe check for wires...- Elliot W

Full disclosure I went hydraulic clutch and am running an NV3500, so I can't definitively tell you exactly what you need. Nice to see you’re going manual on the LS. Do you need an adapter for it? Mine is 2wd so not familiar with the sm465. Totally Rusted out?
I thought of this as a business idea. Buying rust free and plentiful squares in the south then hauling them north for resale. I've used ERA paint before for a couple projects (touch up on a 2014 Subaru and door jams on a 66 Nova). I got the primer, base coat, and clear coat from them, total was around $60 and it came out great when I bought it through amazon. Or if you prefer, you can likely get rattle can touch up... -

Bluex I got the rear struts you recommended but they can with different hardware than stock where the strut connects to the frame. Glad my experience helped at least one person. The actual length difference was closer to 1.5 inches, the Sierra trans being shorter than the s10 trans. I think both were technically the gen 3 NV3500–they both had internal slave cylinders. I think the Sierra was a 2006 but not sure about the s10...- Elliot W
