Routing of blower switch wiring to firewall grommet?

Yes, they should be over the top. There are factory wire retainers up under the dash that should retain them and keep them supported.

    87 v-1500 wheels

What year of Burb are you thinking of? I put the '99-2010 GM Alloys on my V20 & they fit fine, just a little snug around the rear hubs but no spacers were needed of any sort.

For Sale: 1973-74 Chevrolet C/K Grille

Thanks for the info! I thought I had read something about that, but I wasn't 100% sure. I just knew that 77 & up didn't have the engine displacement in them anymore.

For Sale: 1973-74 Chevrolet C/K Grille

My buddy has a '73-'74 grille with a few small cracks, and the bowtie foil is delaminated on one end. Looks like mounting tabs are intact & in good condition. See pics for details. $300 OBO delivered & insured from Montana.

3 inch rake after tuff country 4 inch lift.

It looks to me like something is amiss in the right rear, it's too high causing the inconsistent measurements on the other corners. Everything seated right over there???

Parking Brake Light Not Coming On

12v stab tester to parking brake switch, should be 2 wires. Once switch is depress, it should open the circuit to send 12v power to light on dash. Test both wires in both the released position, and set position.

    Old77's 1989 S10 tinkering project

No, 1157 is dual element, I was thinking you possibly installed the single element 1156 and it wasn't allowed to do both functions.

How much oil pressure is to much for a stock 350

I don't think my gauge is 100% accurate either. It acts like there's an electronic glitch as it'll jump up and almost peg out at 60 psi, and it looks like something is causing the jump. Maybe I'll get it figured out!

    Random Service Engine Soon light

Don't drain coolant, just swap sensor quickly. You may lose a little bit , but the hole isn't that big to lose much.

    Dash lights not working

They make kits so you never have to cut/alter a factory harness, all your splicing occurs on the radio side of the plug. It's way better than Okie-rigging your factory wiring, you're just asking for trouble.

    Dash lights not working

Are you talking about the factory radio wire colors? Are you using the factory radio plug with an adapter harness, or does the Retro Sound have the same type of plug socket so the factory harness can plug into it? Aftermarket grey wires are usually speaker colors.

    Dash lights not working

The constant power is for memory, but you need to run the radio power to radio fuse directly, to the non-hot side. This should not back feed any other circuit and should burn the radio fuse first if there is an issue.

    Dash lights not working

Disconnect the radio & then see if your dash lights work.
