What have you done to your square lately??
Is it just me, or does that hose look split? Between the last two clamps? Kinda looks like the 3rd might have cut it too? Right above the header collector..... well, you'll smell it for sure if she leaks. lol -

NO idea. That would make them easier to put on, but feel like it'd kinda defeat the purpose? I guess if you seal them on either way, no big deal. We'll see what LMC ships me.- Girth

Barn Door Alignment?
They’re in the LMC catalog for 73-91 Burbs, under Rear Cargo Door Rubber Components. Item 9 on the diagram google just pulled up. $4.10 each. I figure after the paint is cured I’ll install and seal them to the door. 3/4 of my old ones were gone, and the last was split and barely holding on. lol- Girth

While I've no background worthy of questioning a pro..... my TDS says to final sand the epoxy with 400-600 before topcoat. To me, that sounds like scotchbrite will do the job? All your edges on the cab, hand sanding the epoxy sounds like you're be touching up a bunch of edges where you burn...- Girth

Gonna depend on the product it seems, but most have a mandatory top coat time within 24hrs. I'm used to that working with a lot of epoxy primer in my work. After that window, you have to scuff sand and clean..... but unless its ACTUALLY cured, it sands like garbage. lol Easiest method I found...- Girth

Well, it took a bit more fiddling, but I got them fitted OK. No better or worse than any other OEM panel fitment on these trucks. lol I really think to get them PERFECT, or close to it, you'd need to bend the hinges. Nothing worth taking pictures of, but finished sanding out the primer on the Burb, and got the barn doors to fit OK, finally. Impatiently waiting on my paint now. Oh.... ordered a front and rear bumper kits from MOVE bumpers too. Wife said she wanted BIG bumpers.... so here we go. :oops: -

On the LH door, sorta. Pretty close. If I could get the top of that door to come towards the center even 1/16th, it'd be golden. RH door, it's so far out, I gotta start from scratch. Sitting WAY low. Seems like tiny adjustments, where you can't tell if it even moved while you're holding the door...- Girth

She wanted to leave the hood black, and maybe paint the dually fenders black (when I get around to THAT addition). Talked her out of that, but lets just say we have different tastes when it comes to style. One color is less work for me, so I'm not complaining. -

D70 spindle nut socket?
Popped the snap ring, pulled the square key out, tapped it loose with a screwdriver. It wasn’t that tight. Now I have the nut to test sockets.
