    Rust: Find a local welder that isn't going to charge an arm and a leg. Check Craigslist (yeh I know who goes there anymore) for someone local that sells new body parts. You never know you might get lucky and find one that's within 100 miles to save you shipping on those bedsides, hoods, HIGH...

    yeh after responding to another post about sound/console, I'd rather build a sub that went underneath the bench seat.....box full length of the seat...cross hump and all. Dunno if thats feasible or not. I can put chains n jumper cables behind the seat instead of underneath the seat.

    Is it me or is that pretty tall? Sorry just an observation. I'm thinking the center of that D in AMD on the cardboard. Squeak under the seats if you need more air? I'd try to leave from the seat back clear for storage. Something to think about....which I'm sure you have.

    I'd build your console in such a way that it is your sub box if possible. Free up a lot of space back there.

    get one that has USB in the back so you can custom mount a USB port with your tunes when the radio stations suck arse. [edit] are those subs mounted on the back of the cab? I'd like to get rid of the "truck" sub cuz I could use the space for tools and hunting gear.

    Not knowing what your using to control the fans, but I'd switch the relays if they are the same. If you have AC, maybe the one that kicks on for AC has failed and is making both run? If the condition changes, then you've got it. Again, hard to troubleshoot not knowing the ckt.

    While under the dash saturday, I noticed there's skinny box mounted vertically above the gas pedal area. If it's got to do with cruise, let me know if you want it with/without the harness. @bucket has first dibs, he's hooked me up in the past. Gonna start tackling this soon.
