Thanks for the welcome! Yeah... The woodgrain itself is pretty bad. Not sure if I want to keep it going forward, but it's peeling off in places as well. I used to own an '02 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP quite awhile back and after joining one of those boards I just kept taking my nickname along with me for the ride. I had a fun time modifying and having fun with that car, but I learned the hard way, don't turn your daily driver into a project car...- SlickGTP

Well, here's what I started with: ...and here's what she is today with the exception that I have the grill reinstalled: Not too many differences on the exterior, but she's got a fresh heart and new shoes. Next couple of items on the agenda is to replace the passenger fender and door.- SlickGTP

Awesome! Growing up with this issue and then recently getting my next truck with the same issue I just assumed the doors always had to be slammed... lol... Now my wife can close her door without trying 2, 3, 4 times... :) Thanks for the fix!- SlickGTP
