Stuck oil pressure sending unit
Clean that area of block off real good then torch it hot mash a wax candle into base of sensor by threads. After that tap quite well with hammer. Anything beyond that is see what happens- MarineOne

Original Headlamp Wiring
No relay. All power goes direct through headlight switch. Lmc sells a heavy duty wiring harness that adds in a relay to take stress off that switch in cab- MarineOne

SM465 Chatters when I get on it.
Gl1 is okay if you put in additives as it has no anti foaming properties and very low extreme pressure resistance And dosent handle rpm well. Its for mostly very old transmissions and old tractors. Yeah that's not looking too healthy. Also once replaced an old school trick is to smother engine out by covering carb intake with heavy towel. The high vacuum pulls any junk out of where it's not supposed to be.- MarineOne

What's age on distributor? Have you checked for air leaks around throttle blade rods? Might aswell change spark plugs and wires if more than 2 years old. What type/brand of cam and what oil do you run- MarineOne

Battery positive to ''body' ground not a good ground like frame or chassi ground
I always add a good heavy gauge ground from block to chassis and from same stud on chassis to body- MarineOne

Rear wheel studs-C2500
No need to remove axle and just beat them out with hammer (air hammer is safer) and to reinstall use a lug nust with 2 thick washers to draw the stud back in square. A dab of wd40 on the washers help reduce friction. It also will dry out causing no issues with studs. May I also suggest running...- MarineOne
