I'd suggest brillo pad down fender you've got Paint it with matching paint and then brillo pad/ scotch Brite it down to where your happy with the patina -
hinge/window gear lube?
Chain lube or garage door lube work great. Never use wd40 as that's a solvent and washes away lube. And penetrating oil is a catalyst and cause corrosion- MarineOne

The kit you rent from auto store is as good as they get. Just go and ask to buy one and don't let them BS you into saying they don't sell them or only sell the used kits. Also for safety after shock is pulled drop a prybar down from top through spring. Even if it let's go it will atleast be...- MarineOne

right right ish. You only need the body lift if it's a low hump cab (automatic cab potential has these) if its a manual trans cab its direct swap other than cutting shifter hole- MarineOne

Aftermarket seatbelt install
Get the drill out. Sheet metal floor will rip open and you'll be dead before that bracket fails -
Lowering the front and rear
Cutting spring will lower it however ride will be atrocious as everything is way out of geometry. But some drop spindles to minimize howmuch spring needs removed. On that generaly half a loop is about 2 inches...- MarineOne

Power window track question
I've put them in with windshield urethane with no issues. I Scrape the mating surfaces up real good first too -
