Steering column question
I would go for the tilt column and get a new steering shaft and coupler and vibration damper/rag joint. this would improve steering a lot if your steering box is in good condition. I use Borgeson on all my rides...- ali_c20

Headliner questions
I used 3m adhesive and vinyl for the headliner in my K5. I took a spray with a high temperature tolerance, but I can't recall which exactly. I removed all of the old headliner material and adhesive down to the cardboard surface and only used the 3m spray. -
Ground on Rear Headlights
Ground is provided by the housing/socket would be my guess.- ali_c20

Custom Tail Lights or Not

BORA wheel spacers
Yes, 1.5". Spacers work great. Stick to the instructions and all is good. I did not paint the side where the spacer sits on the drum just added some anti seize to avoid any play cause the paint will wear off.- ali_c20

Heater Core how to
I run this in my K5 and will put one in my C20. https://www.oldairproducts.com/product/25-1018-bypass-heater-valve It's available in push or pull cable to open.
