    Bvllsh!t on craigslist.

This is not actual bovine scat from CL, but might actually help someone out there. Didn't know where else to put it, but someone out there needs this https://portland.craigslist.org/clk/pts/d/vancouver-chevy-gmc-rally-wheel-rings/7762263452.html

Best way to run power from truck battery to trailer winch. Quick disconnect ends.

While what's in the ad is shiny purty I notice they are quick to call out feet length but quiet about AWG of said length wire. If I wanted indestructible, I would find an unwanted welders lead or cable of that quality and go buy me the forklift plug-ins at probably any electrical supply or auto...

What have you done to your square lately??

If you toggle between the pictures fast enough it looks like the truck is twerking. Lol

Best way to run power from truck battery to trailer winch. Quick disconnect ends.

Without knowing pricing for the necessary materials, that may be a good price. I run something just like it only smaller, called Anderson Power Pole for my bacon radio. It is very similar to the connector for an electric forklift battery. Like what you have here. Just keep it tight up and away...

    What truck,what year,what engine,etc. Hall of Shame

I see why the parts flunkies ask that all the time.

    A/C only works when driving!?

Yeah, Rick's right. If it's running, you can feel that on the motor housing.

What did we do before cup holders?

What did we do before cup holders? We kept it between our legs and if our driving skills were subpar, well, we looked like we peed ourselves. That's how we did it back in the day, none of this sissified "can I hold your drink for you" nonsense. Lol

    What compressor/gas?

    Prolly a typo

    A/C only works when driving!?

Dumb thought here, but is what's being described a low voltage at idle issue, where when he accelerates the alternator output increases and the fan starts turning perceptively? Not that improper vacuum source is not a problem, but it's weird as described, no?

    I got the green light.

Green huh. Impressive. I went with blue cabin lighting in the large car so I can appreciate blue. How do you like green when out at night with all its distractions? Did it work out like you hoped?

Fuel filler issue. This can’t be right.

A variant of the ole potato in the tailpipe thing maybe? I could see how a shop rag, jammed down in the fill tube could cause problems. Gotts get a look and make sure zero restrictions. It had to work prior, right?

    What goes here?

Gorilla tape? Remove the unit, clean it up around the hole so tape will stick, tape from both sides. As redneck as it gets and still work. Just taking it off and letting underhood air in won't blow it up. Or give 25 hp.

Not good at ac I need help

Lol, I'm stealing that power to fire the switched electric fuel pump under the hood, so I can waddle Pearl around as needed until I redo the fuel system proper.

I love it when someone more eloquent than I can walk someone through something I'm having issues just putting into words. There's a few of you here and you are appreciated. Thanks for the effort.

What are the pressures? If you jumper the low pressure switch on the receiver drier the compressor clutch should engage. Don't run it in a low charge condition for long or the oil won't be moving properly. Off the cuff it sounds like a leak developed, or if recently serviced perhaps over...

    3/4 ton brake line versions

If the wheel cylinder part numbers are different from ½ to ¾ ton in the same year, it seems to me that the steel lines will be bent differently. Just look at the pictures, particularly the place where the lines attach. Not to mention the difference between a 10/12 bolt differential compared to...

What have you done to your square lately??

Ha, adjusted the hood latch to where it will latch now. It's never been able to do that before. Still seems sketchy, I need to find a spring to fit where the original one for the hood catch went, that and some cleaning/lube, then its good for another 45 years. The hinges are wobbly and one...

What have you done to your square lately??

I think I got sent the arms for 81-87, there's a shape about the skirt around where the post goes in that hits the bolt that holds the post assembly onto the cowl. When fully engaged, the arm sits about 3" up off the glass. [Insert bleepable string of words and select phrases here]. So I...

I hate the power window and door lock switches

I'm convinced that the door switches were made just good enough to get past the warranty line. That was a long time ago. I like the schematics out there using a relay to move power around to the motor vs making the light duty contacts on the OE switch do it. But plastic is only so good and OE...
