Bare Hands
I R&Red my front drive shaft on my k20, and replaced the pinion yoke seal on the front 4x4 axle. Cleaned the crud off washed and painted the front yoke, polished the seal surface of the yoke before replacing the seal and reinstalling with bare hands..... and my bare hands barely got dirty... -

Shop heater
Need Electric heater No Natural gas here. House has 250 gal propane tank, and to far from shop. Propane is expensive. Summer $2.40 per gal summer, $2.70-2.80 winter price. $$$$ o_O Electricity is cheapest . Either electric or pellet stove or wood stove for the shop. 30x40 ft insulated, 12ft-... -

New Front Drive Shaft, '81 K20
Puttin in a new front axle pinion seal while I gotz my old drive sahft off, before I putz my new drive shaft on. Transfer case front yoke got a new seal last year. Maybe ill take a picture later.... Got it all apart,, cleanin before new seal and assembly- JD Miller

Advice on Rear Differential Leak for 1980 C10
Wash off all the crud, dirt, oil. Check the oil level. Look for leaks after the differential is cleaned- JD Miller

Got my 2nd new drive shaft from Tom Woods in Utah. Ok this one looks Right. Unlike that Dorman I returned to Rock Auto I got the heavy duty full length spline- JD Miller
