@75gmck25 - Good tips. Thank you. I ended up using some Castrol GTX 10-30 conventional. I figured I'd run this for a bit then do an early oil change. Thanks everyone for the quick feedback. After thinking about this some more, I have decided to look into a trailer and haul the truck back to my place. Too many things can go wrong on a 4 hour trip with a 50 year old truck that hasn't been run in years. I'll pick up a battery, oil, and filter...- iflyfisher
