87' R10 TBI 350 shuts off when driving. HeLP
Drove mine today for the first time in about 5 days. It drove great, no stalls or feeling like it would cut out. Just a 5 minute drive over to my wife's parents to wish Happy Mothers Day. Top speed was ~45.- JamesSam

I have replaced the switch (in the cab) reading that that could be why one tank won't work when switching (amongst other things). The switch itself works. The selector valve could be the problem but the way all power is lost when going from passenger to drivers side makes me think it is likely...- JamesSam

Fuel guage bounces?
My guage moves while driving but it is obviously related to the fuel moving in the tank(moving the bob) because of inclines or bumps on the road etc. Old guages.- JamesSam

I have seen zero codes thrown. Oil pressure never drops below 30 psi. I did replace the oil pressure sending unit about a year ago after the needle got stuck on 25 no matter what was happening. With new oil pressure sending unit guage is active.- JamesSam

Following this thread as my 87 has acted like it might cut out when leaving from a stop before. After this happened the first time I decided to put in all new plugs and wires. Also, I don't think I got the Toyotas last time. The panel truck has been relocated but I did snap a pic of it last time. Also got the blazer last time which is why I didn't focus on it. -

Yes but the two tone square was new I believe. That's what had me pull in this time around. 83-85 K. It had the spindles that you have to adjust on it. -

Made a run to the dump on the other side of town as the dump we use in our neck of the woods is closed for renovations until 5/6. Oh wellz, just meant I had to drive a little longer, excellent. Would have posted in the "Put Your Square To Work" thread but it was just a few measly small trees... -
