I have a drivers side rear door with glass, no hole for exterior handle. A skid plate for a 40gal tank. And a door mounted ladder for rear barn doors. In SoCal near Glamis and Ocotillo Wells.

If you want them gone, just lean them up against a tree out by the road, and put a big sign next to them that says "FOR SALE - $1,500". They will be gone without a trace by morning.

If you put “free”, no one will take them. Put a price on it and someone will steal it quickly!
Funny story, saw a FREE truck topper down the road a yr or 2 ago. Looked decent, passed it a couple times with no time to stop. It was still there 2 days later. Grabbed the kid and unloaded a couple sno machines to make room in the trailer and ran and grabbed it.
It was so nice, it fetched like $700 in just a couple days on CL!
Color matched Leer in great shape. I know the guy who put it out there, had done business with him in the past. So I called him after we swiped it. Asked if he still had the keys, he did! Just didn’t want to dig for them if he was giving it away….

Shame on that skid plate as Goldie could use it. But, shipping ...

:nono:

Yep. I've wanted a Suburban fuel tank skid for years... but every one I come across is literally thousands of miles away.

I plan on being in Texas the first part of Oct. Taking the 10 to San Antonio, gotta see the Alamo, then up to Dallas. Then on to WV. I am open to arranging a meet up, if you want. We will be pulling a trailer. Let me know and I will pull it off FB if you want it.

Well, I would see if there is a local sale 1st as less hassle for you. But, after whatever you think is a fair amount of time, you still have it ...

Then we should talk routes. :anitoof:

Thanks !

I assume the mounting holes are already there in the frame and it's just a matter of bolting it up ? Been a while since I actually saw one in place.
