Nope, all but certain they only reproduce the Sierra Classic 2500 emblems.
I looked long and hard for High Sierra 80s 3/4 ton badges. No luck

No one reproduces these badges, there is a Set of used High Sierra 3500 badges on eBay.
Keep checking, I found a High Sierra 1500 set on FB marketplace.
And we assume you mean High Sierra 2500 ? No such Truck as a GMC High Serria K20
