The two relays? Those are factory. One is fuel pump, the other might be too... I can't remember for sure. Is it a dual tank truck?

Yes the relays, it is a dual tank truck (but only one side is working). I was wondering why only one of the relays is plugged in and the other end of it is zip tied, lol…. Thank you!! Makes sense now.
