I inherited my dads 1984 Chevy C10 and currently trying to restore it. I thought it would be simple.... took out the interior, sand blasted a few spots inside and out, removed the box ( have one in better shape to go on), new leaf springs, etc. I am taping off the inside of the cab to be painted and cant get the kick panel fresh air vents out. I removed all the screws but i cant even get the bezel off to get at the vent to try to get it out. They are the manual pull vents, no ac, im hoping somebody can give me some tips on how to remove these!! Ive searched but cant find any good info.
