Don’t know what to do about shocks

I got a 74 K10, however it has the heavy duty suspension under it so what I would assume 3/4 ton springs and shocks. I’m trying to figure out what shocks to go with, it’s factory ride height, I’ve been looking but from what I’ve seen the lengths are wrong for me, I measured the ones on the truck currently and the fronts are 15 3/4” from center of each bolt, the rears are 19” from center of the bolt to the center of the stud, I’m not sure what to do, the truck has a good stance as it is I don’t want to change it

Stock height so no issue finding a plethora of different shocks.
Shocks don’t change or affect ride height or stance.
Measure twice, purchase once. Double check the length and bolt diameters of whatever you buy. The static height should be “about” mid stroke.
What shocks? Depends on your budget and use. I ended up with skyjackers because I could get the right ones, unlike Bilstein which required modifications to different size bushings and sleeves and with the lift would have had to step up to really ‘spensive ones for a garage queen/on road truck. They were a good value I feel.

Other than shocks I'd say you're truck looks really good. Dig the visor too!

I’ve looked at Skyjacker and a few others but none that I’ve seen fit a stock ride height, or they’re too short

I haven't seen how your determining correct length. This is determined by finding fully extended length and fully compressed length and shooting for something in the middle at ride height. I got you frt and rear Gabriel numbers ,extended and compressed length as well as OE numbers this is all for a standard 1/2 ton c10 used Gabriel because it was fast and easy.

The extended length on a set of Ranchos I’ve looked at is 19.5” on the front which is fine but the rears is only 22” only giving 3 inches of travel from ride height to fully extended

How are you measuring the length of the shocks? Put a jack under the frame jack the truck up until 1 wheel is hanging. What's the extended length on the shock you have? 23 inches seems to be extended length 1/2 or 3/4 ton. Find out what's on it.

Oh crap, my bad I was looking at C's I'm going to start over. Sorry k front and rears stock and lifted. Not recommending these just getting you diamensions

3” of droop doesn’t sound bad. 3/4 ton leaf springs would be hard pressed to twist more than that and overextend.
