My favourite shortcut by the rail tracks was recently obliterated by construction equipment and rainy weather, but that was nothing for the Burb! Kinda reminds me of photos of that russian highway from pre-meme era of internet!

This is Church. Its like 4 trucks in one. Took a kid under my wing and showed him how to combine a couple of vehicles into one. One of these days I'll gather up my photos and make a thread about it cuz it was an adventure. Probably went through three spools of wire patching it together.

This was the first time it's ever hit the highway as well as its Shakedown run in the dirt. We definitely got a few things to address. Going to have to do a little fender cutting and a little tuning. Plus the kid needs some tuning he's never done any off-roading. The biggest thing he learned so far is to not follow the smaller Jeeps between all of the trees, lol.

I know you've talked about your wheels previously @Grit dog , but I'm looking at options for 8 lug steelies. I'm not looking for as tall of wheels, probably just 15x8, but only found 16x6.5 in 8 lug so far.

US Wheel is where you want to look. They even have a bunch 15” 8 lug steel wheels in any width. 16” and up as well.

Also try Wheel Vintiques. Hoped I spelled that right. They have deep steel wheels with hubcap lugs.
