I know the power window actuator is in the way for speakers in the door.....has anyone measured just how much space - if any - there is between the door and the power window actuator?

(this down in the front corners where typically they are cut).

Have you cut or doors cut already? I didn't want to cut mine so I was able to put in some good quality 3.5s in the door panels.

It works good in the back aswell and you delete the ashtray.

I don't have a picture of the fronts with the covers on cause I couldn't find them at the time.

Nothing cut - trying to avoid that. Just wondering what the available depth is between the inner door skin and interfering with the power actuator. Got another idea in mind.

It's about 1 3/8s to the indent on the door were the vent is there. So you would gain a quarter inch i would say to the very outside sheet metal.

So you think a total to the outside of the door would be 1-3/8" - or that plus 1/4"?

To outside of sheet metal would be 1 5/8s. I can double check here in a bit.

And there's not alot of room under that motor maybe 3 inches. I dropped my tape down there at first lol. I can find that out aswell.

Is that 2 tone on the door panel a factory option or did you do that? Either way looks great

The tan is factory but the black accent was my idea to make it match and flow with the floor that is coated with LineX.

If the hundreds of vehicles I've put systems on over the years, the single cab squarebody might have been the most difficult. There's just no room for anything. Tried the kickpanel "pods" and behind the seat sub boxes and hated the sound quality and giving up leg room. It took a lot of trying to get what I was looking for.
