Thanks. I was trying to get the look of these tires while getting at least 10 or 12 ply load ratings on the rear axle. The tires pictured above are too wide for the front 305-50-20 but will work with the rear (and look badass). But I will need to get then 275-50-20 for the front in the same tire...
I test fit some 12 ply tires today. What are y’all’s thoughts on 12 ply rear tires and xl front? Thinking of a staggered fitment for these tires for the hot rod farm truck look lol:
With the shackle drop on the rear springs, this rear end squats like crazy with the trailer attached. Without the airbags aired up, the tongue weight drops 100 pounds.
Once the bags are aired north of 50 psi and the weight distribution hitch is setup, it’s displaying 3k worth of weight tension...
The front suspension is all new moog suspension oem replacement upper and lower with all new tie rod ends and ball joints. The coils are western chassis c30 2” drop coils. New shocks all the way around. Factory rear 3/4 original leaf springs with 1.5” shackle

Driving it home tonight even without a trailer I can feel the light twitch in the steering. It’s almost like it tracks and darts quickly from one side to another in a short amount of steering wheel turn but drives straight down the road. Maybe I need to look at my alignment.
Thanks for the response. The empty weight on the trailer at the scales was around 8600. Im assuming that we probably add 1000 pounds once loaded but I need to verify this. Typically my tounge weight measures in between 875-950 pounds based on the tongue weight scale I have. Once this is set, I...
