That base looks like an old Cell Antenna Base. I worked in that craze... drilled an awful lot of holes in the roofs of new cars !

Strick replied to the thread 1977 factory installed roof antenna,.There are fender & windshield antenna but I've never seen a cab mounted example. I've seen several aftermarket CB antenna holes though.

I was almost sure that they were. The hubs, backplates and hardware, and drums all looked the same and the parts online only say DRW so...
