Since I can't hear it, I can only say that some noise from the booster is normal, and all you have is the linkage and pivot for the pedal, generally if those get noisy they squeak.     I believe the sound you are talking about is coming out of the booster. Is it a continuous sound or only when the pedal is in motion?

    This is very sound advice. Get the rear brakes adjusted up properly. Don't matter if the adjusters are out a different amount, could be a lot of reasons and none of them matter. Once the rear brakes are adjusted properly you should have a good brake pedal. If you still have a soft pedal...

    Yes you can wire and plumb 2 pollack switches to work just as you discribed. The instructions in the box even show how to set it up for one valve or two or at least they use to. I've never seen them either so I'd love to see some pic of them.

    Thanks for the info. I haven't done squat. Life has been throwing me curve balls left and right for over a year now. I still have the original starter and might still rebuild it one day.
