This is the same thing I am looking into also now. My 4-car garage has NO room for my 51 Ford Truck project I wanted to do over the winter months. Well....dam. The person I got the blue one from used the hardware, hence why it's not on there. I like the patina on the blue one, it matches the rest of my truck so maybe I'll look for that hardware. Here is the hood I got, very nice one too. When you say pegs are you talking those finger gizmos at the top of the green tailgate that align it to the top rear of the fender? Or the peg that holds the pivoting bracket? The rubber itself is wet and compromised now because I tried taking them off this past Sunday and jad to really force it to move it and then got to the point I ran out of time so I put them back on because they would not come out without dropping the front diff from it.... Gents!! Curious to know if an oil block off plate on my 3/4 ton 6.0 would hurt anything??
