I would think if you pushed the burb as far up on the trailer as possible, then threw the trailer ramps in the back of the tow vehicle (since they will need to come off anyway) you should be okay. I'd be worried about a panic stop thought without a front rail on the trailer. Maybe try to... -

What have you done to your square lately??
I have long glass packs, and just dumped right before the axle as well (long bed) with long tube headers, and I love the sound. Not terribly loud, but you can still hear the 80's when you get on it. LOL. -

Engine died when driving and won't start - Coil melted
I'd bet it's the Ignition Control Module. Same thing you described happened to me. Now I carry a spare AC Delco one in my toolbox on the truck, with the screwdriver and heat sink grease to replace it on the side of the road if need be.- GXPWeasel

Blower fan/relay
The purple wire hooks directly into the blower motor. On my truck ('82) it is the only plug that is on the actual blower motor. The ground, is just wire from the blower motor housing / frame to the firewall.- GXPWeasel

New clapped out ‘87 350
I think for $500, you're going to get away with a stock rebuild and some recommended machine work, that's it. I spent almost $2k on a "budget" 305 for my truck. Not high hp numbers.
